I just noticed that when I was doing the configuration for the system backup that the home directories are in the list.
So I removed the home directories manually from the list.
Even when it seems to be that I disabled the option "Add user home directories to directory list" the home directories are being added after clicking save.
So I switched to the enhanced skin and there the option is selected. So this explains why the home directories are added.
Going back to the evolution skin, if you enable the option "Add user home directories to directory list" and you save it, then refresh the page you will see that the checkbox is not ticked anymore.
