Cannot connect to server directadmin / ssh/ ftp etc from few IP's

This morning my server provider do us migration to large VPS. In this time my server have down time for about 40 minutes and in this time I try few times connect to ssh etc to check if working server or not yet.

Due to this not success connetion I think my IP added to any firewall black list or somewhere. And I cannot connect to my server anyway, when I share hotspot from my mobile phone, then I can connect without issue.

I check directadmin black list and is empty. Can anyone have other solution what is wrong?

easy way:
1.login your directadmin panel via hotspot ip address
2. release your ip from CSF firewall and or Bruteforce page
3. add your ip to allow ip file
