Whmcs api returns this error when creating user.

https://xx.xxx.com:2222/CMD_API_ACCOUNT_USER?action=create

......

Cannot Execute Your Request
The requested command requires POST but GET was used

On other da install, it creates user fine. Only on one da install which is latest and fresh install.
