Can't login with admin anymore

Hi guys,

For some reason I can't login anymore in my DirectAdmin panels on the :2222 ports with the admin account.

I still have SSH root access to my 2 servers.

On both servers I've tried resetting the admin password with the command: passwd admin
But this didn't help. The Directadmin service is running.

Any thoughts on how to get back in?

Hi Richard, even after following the steps the problem still isn't resolved, any other suggestions?
I've also opened a ticket with DA directly.

Hi Richard, thanks for sharing the post. Apparently it was a mixed problem.
The update did fix it, but my firewall saw this as a network threat because of the attempts to log in so it blocked it.

All is working now.
