Can't use CURL anymore after installation of Direct Admin

Hi,
I just noticed that direct admin is creating strange behaviors when I try to download a file using curl or wget.
Before the installation I coud download every file without any issue, after the installation I can't download file from a lot providers and I get always the error "Connection Refused".
I tried with 2 Vps, a dedicated server from 3 different providers, running Debian 9,debian 10 and centos 7.
Always the same issue.
Is there a way to get Linux download file the same way as before the installation?

Is the port for curl open on the firewall? After DA installs you have CSF installed by default. Can you FTP as well?

thank you for the reply. I added a range of port into CSF config and now the server works flawlessly.
