Say I need to upgrade a directadmin server from Centos 5.x too 6.x on newer hardware. Is there a step by step howto on this? I imagine create new server, backup admin on old server, restore on new server?
Exactly what I needed. Is there a quick easy way with iptables(etc) to drop all imap, pop3, smtp, http, ftp, etc traffic, basically everything but ssh and 2222 while I do the backups to keep changes to a minimum?
