Changed server ip and proftpd stopped working

I followed the instructions in this page
http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=250
to change my server ip address. After completing everything, directadmin and all sites seem to be working fine. However ftp doesn't seem to be working for users, and I also notice that my server ip does not show up on the list of ip addresses in 'ip management'. There are several ip addresses on this server and all of them seem to be fine except for the server ip. What can I do to fix this? Is something missing in config or is there some way to add the server ip in the DirectAdmin UI?

Is it working for you? What do ProFTPd logs say?

I also notice that my server ip does not show up on the list of ip addresses in 'ip management'.

Do you see it here /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/admin/ip.list and here /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ips/ ?
