Client Email Issue.

Any particular reason why a users email account just stops recieving? No settings were changed or modified in DA. The customer has called me 2 times today with the same issue.
Was just wondering if anyone else had similar problems.

Check your log files, restart exim, ensure your mail server responds aswell as your mx record is correct.

Hello,

Also make sure that nobody has created a domain named the hostname. If they did, they'd be getting all the system email to their catch-all. A quick check/fix would be to make sure that the hostname is not in the /etc/virtual/domainowners file.
