Wow. I'm curious how it will work with CustomBuild.

I'm guessing that page will generate the configure file for custombuild then just build php with it. What I wonder if you could have more than 2 php versions.

They have "alt-php" rpms with binaries (for cPanel) so probably use them - they need it for on/off components. Only thing to do is modify httpd conf files. I guess

More the 2 version = probably yes

I wonder if we could have more than 2 versions in that same time (with mod_fcgid on Cb2.0 is NOT working! ).

We build our own PHP with fairly large number of extensions (of course you can add more extensions, and more php versions if you would like -- we have docs on our site).
No need to modify anything in httpd.conf -- the way it works is through some trickery with CageFS
User1 would have /usr/local/bin/php -- being php5.3 binary
while user2 would have it as php 5.4 binary ... etc... depending on user's choice
And of course they can run 'native' -- whatever was build by custombuild (that is the default)

So, I have now php-selector. Awesome feature Unfortunatelly it have some bugs, like this:
