Compromised system

Well since one of our servers is hacked I will make my first restore from all the accounts to a temporary system, and but it back on the server tomorow.

Since I needed to format 2 servers this is a nice "day at the DC".

I however got a question, I'm working on Debian, if I install ununtu, will the debian install work as well? (anyone got any experience with this?)
