cpanel To DirctAdmin

Hi everybody
1-I have a server with cpanel that have some problem and cpanel is not work(but I have more that 50 web site with My-sql,email,mailing list and..., and web sites work good)
2- I got a new server with directadmin v.1.27.1
how can I transfer my websites to this new server
This is my first use of directadmin
