Custom Reseller Skin

Hi!
I want to know how to use multiple custom skins for resellers use as their own skin for their users.This part is simple.
The trick is not let other resellers see or choose each others skins.
Can this be made?
If Yes, how?

I believe this is already a feature.

Resellers can upload their own skins and other resellers cannot see them

I guess when you set the reseller up you'd just need to upload their skin (If you were providing it for them)
