This might not be a problem and most likely isn't, knowing DA..... but isn't the md5 checksum's purpose to identify corrupt/altered files and prevent installation if the check fails?

2020-07-03 13:35:13 (393 KB/s) - '/usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/dnsproviders.json' saved [36556/36556]

*** MD5 Checksum for lego/dnsproviders-3.8.0.json failed *again*.***
The md5 checksum value may be incorrect, or a wrong file is being downloaded.
Install continuing with this possibly corrupted file. (it may also be fine)
Lego 3.8.0 Installed.

The same here with lego and ioncube:

*** MD5 Checksum for ioncube_10.4.0/ioncube_loaders_lin_x86-64.tar.gz failed *again*.***
The md5 checksum value may be incorrect, or a wrong file is being downloaded.
Install continuing with this possibly corrupted file. (it may also be fine)

and:

./build: line 16061: doImagick: command not found
