Hey guys.

in template email for suspension message, we have:

|REASON|

and

|MSG_FOOTER|

where we can change these?

also

is it possible to use html css in email template?

You can edit these files here:

Serverwide for admin it's located at:
/home/admin/domains/suspended/index.html

For reseller's it's here:
/home/reseller/domains/suspended/index.html

i've checked and there were no file named index.html
should i create it?

and if i create, it won't be conflicted?

Hello Hamzetaba

Yes you can create it and no it won't conflict. If admin suspends the admin version will be used. If you suspend then your version will be used.
I have one too in both admin and seperate reseller account.

I've found feature page for you, which also explains variables you can use in the file to make the suspend reason more personal.
