Mission is to ask installation from DirectAdmin to DigitalOcean, but they´re VM´s come with only one IPV4 address.

So I can´t get 2 IP´s to DirectAdmin and I need 2 different IP´s to get 2 DNS server´s and get full funtionality of DirectAdmin?

How do you people manage your installs with only one IP?

The server needs 1 IP. You need 2 DNS servers to add to nameservers for the da server. They don't have to be 2 ips in the same server.
Most people here are Hosters, not users. We all have multiple servers.

Options are with one server that might be used
IP4 for the server.
Create another server as either another da server or create a separate DNS server with bind or PowerDNS

Use a DNS service like dnseasy, clouddns, or some other 3rd party that has multiple DNS servers that you can use to point to your server.

RFC has always been this way the server must have a minimum of 2 Nameserver entries and the more the better.

Also, I think DO offers DNS services as well you can use them.

We rent RIPE blocks (useful for abuse monitoring too, but I digress), so we can assign multiple IPs per server (dedicated IP, VMs, etc), so some servers use these multiple IPs for nameservers.

I have a nameserver running on one ip, not ideal but it works for 99% of the cases
