DA staff on vacation?

Hello,

Does someone know if the DA staff is on a holida? because I have opened a license ticket on 4/13/2017 but I still have no reply.

Don't know what is there in an autoreply now, but usually I get it on a new ticket creation. My mail program do not display them correctly, so no idea what could be there.

The ticket was already closed and I have reopend it but still no reaction.

Here is what John replied to me shortly before his vacation:

I'll be heading out of town for about a week... so this will auto-close, so maybe re-bump it around the 22nd and I can add it in.

So I believe he will return after April 22, and the ticket was auto-closed.

Ok will wait till then, maybe he should add a auto reply next time, would be handy for users that does not know.

And only enable auto-close if no reply from customer. Not if no reply from customer care, LoL.
