Just wondering who else though DA + Debian would be a nice addition??

As far as i can see the main changes would be with the installer and getting .deb files instead of using up2date?

The more OS compatability DA can offer the better.

I think its quite obvious that if DA could support *all* of the main operating systems it would have a client base a fair bit bigger than currently, FreeBSD im sure will help out, and seeing as debian is another popular webserver OS i believe that could could also bring in a few more customers.

DA needs to cover as many of the 'web server' os's as possible, so i think we could be seeing Debian soon ;)

Yeh, it seems debian is very popular, and just about every australian linux server i have seen is debian =\ (starting to notice it more and more lately).

grrrr you edited your post while i was making mine!

Well, i agree with your post entirely. Debian would be fairy easy to support because the only major change that i can see (?) is the use of DEB packages over RPM's.
