Default domain directory

Hi All

Can anybody tell me how or where to make a change as i would like to
have when a new domain is added and the html directory is created some
additional files as default and the default index.html changed.

I would also like to have some cgi scripts as default added for all..

Also is there a way of having the default index.html file different for a reseller.

Any help is appreciated.
