Deleted folders of subdomains

Can we think of any solution to deal with the subdomains left undeleted while their folders have been removed?

I know Apache won't break all of the sudden because of the leftover virtualhosts, but it would be better to clean those virtualhosts up. I might be missing a feature though, if so, please let me know.

You mean like a delete subdomain feature? You delete them in the same place as you add them.

No, that would've been an easy question ;-)

Instead of removing the subdomain, users are removing their folder from public_html only. Which does nothing to the added virtualhost of course. Therefor, Apache throws a stack of warnings while starting. Nothing to worry about, since Apache will work just fine, but it's not pretty.
