Hi,

Not sure what is occuring

We installed an SSL cert on one of our customers accounts yet for some reason when you go to a secure page on their site the brower pops up a warning message page and gives the details for our shared SSL cert not the customers own details.

The customer is on their own ip address not the same as the shared SSL ip or server ip.

Any ideas?

Did apache restart after you installed the cert?
Does apache generate any error messages when you try restarting it from the command line?

Thanks for quick reply.

We have actually done a server reboot since the cert was installed so apache would have been restarted in any case.

Any more thoughts?

Many thanks

Does the account have it's own private IP#?

If not, then it'll always show the server cert. If so, then the answer is somewhere in the user-specific http.conf file.

Yes, the user has its own IP, not shared. I will look in the httpd.conf for that user.

Cheers

Neil :)
