Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 503 5.5.1 Need MAIL command

Hello all, for starter mail server is working fine and all the services are updated to recent versions. There is issue with sending email to one domain, email fails with this error code

SMTP error from remote mail server after pipelined DATA: 503 5.5.1 Need MAIL command

Only other error that i was able to locate for this email was

2019-04-15 10:06:02 TLS session: (SSL_connect): timed out: callout unencrypted to mx07-002d6701.host.com [185.132.***.000] (not in hosts_require_tls)

We have sent emails to this host before and was just replying to them, there where 3 recipient in total.

Mark it as closed, email was sent.

Email bounced back twice, third time it worked only change done was removed < > from email address. Not sure if that was the issue, had replied before without any issues. Thanks
