I am having some issues in getting SM to work on my Linux host.
I use hostgator.com which has PHP & Apache server.
I have followed the instructions provided by SM but still get this error:
Error opening ../data/default_pref
Could not create initial preference file!
/var/www/html/squirrelmail/data/ should be writable by user rsundra
Please contact your system administrator and report this error.
I am using my hostgator login & pwd for SM.
Is there a default user ID & PW for SM? If so, what?
Any comments on solving this wd be much appreciated!!
