Disable SSL on main domain but enable on subdomain?

Hey guys,

I need to know whether is it possible to disable SSL on the main domain but keep it enabled for the sub domain.

Upon checking /var/log/httpd/error_log i get the following error:

[warn] Init: SSL server IP/port conflict:
www.domain.com:443 (/usr/local/directadmin/data/users/xxx/httpd.conf:46) vs.
www.secure.simplispace.com:443 (/usr/local/directadmin/data/users/xxx/httpd.conf:118)
[warn] Init: You should not use name-based virtual hosts in conjunction with SSL!!

How can i remove the error? I know i can edit the httpd.conf but DA would add the deleted stff again.

Probably best to move the subdomain to a new account as the actual domain.
