[FIXED]Disk Quoata Error

Error with system Quotas
setquota: Mountpoint (or device) / not found. setquota: Not all specified mountpoints are using quota.

Guys i get the above error when i try to set quotas for my users.

I'm using centos 5.3 x86 on a openvz vps.

Can you folks help me figure this out?

# mount
/dev/simfs on / type simfs (rw)
/proc on /proc type proc (rw)
/sys on /sys type sysfs (rw)
none on /dev type tmpfs (rw)
none on /dev/pts type devpts (rw)
none on /proc/sys/fs/binfmt_misc type binfmt_misc (rw)
