DNS Alias/Change?

Is it possible to set a DA server to have more than one name for each DNS?

Currently I have 2 IP's on my server

xxx.xxx.xxx.21 - ns1.domain.tld
xxx.xxx.xxx.22 - ns2.domain.tld

I want to change my DNS to:

xxx.xxx.xxx.21 - ns1.otherdomain.tld
xxx.xxx.xxx.22 - ns2.otherdomain.tld

Is it possible to have both DNS names resolve to the same IPs until all domains utilizing the old DNS name have switched over?

Of course. Create A records in the proper zone and create nameserver records at the registrar where the new domain name is located.
