i in dire need of help, the situation is as the following.
i have two domain names, whimsical.com and fancy.com . they both are hosted to different hosting service provider at different locations and both are managed using DirectAdmin.
i want to set up wordpress blog at the URL blog.fancy.com using the disk storage of something.whimsical.com.
i've tried various ways of changing the dns records below at fancy.com:
blog CNAME something.whimsical.com.
www.blog CNAME something.whimsical.com.
something.whimsical.com. NS ns1.whimsical.com
something.whimsical.com. NS ns2.whimsical.com
but don't seem to get the pointing right. and keep getting 403 forbidden
was there any step i've missed or done wrongly?
