Does Resource Throttling (Pro Pack feature) support OS almalinux?

Does resource throttling support OS almalinux?
resource throttling is feature for limit CPU, RAM, IOPS, I/O and Task limits.

It should work on any system with modern enough systemd

But why linux from the RedHat family it is so outdated (in the past I stuck to it cause of cloud linux and cPanel) but now latest production server I provisioned is with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and plan next year to do in place update to 22.04 ...
