email sent from hotmail, yahoo failed

As a customer sent an email to me, quite often i didn't receive the email especially from hotmail or yahoo.
I called the host support and i got a replied from them that the email went to my junk box but when i check either in mail client(outlook) and in roundcube webmail, there's not even junk mail in the junk box. I even look in the path below but its not there. I wonder whats really happened and is there any solution to fix this annoying problem.

Are you sure about the path?
If that's correct, your mail is in the Spam folder of the system level account, so you may need to login in Roundcube with the DirectAdmin username (don't remember if the username is enough or you have to use username@server-name)

Yes i login roundcube and check in junk box but nothing's there. I wonder where it went and how to prevent it from going to junk?
 
Yes, with user@domain. After logged in, i could see inbox, sent box,etc..
