As a customer sent an email to me, quite often i didn't receive the email especially from hotmail or yahoo.
I called the host support and i got a replied from them that the email went to my junk box but when i check either in mail client(outlook) and in roundcube webmail, there's not even junk mail in the junk box. I even look in the path below but its not there. I wonder whats really happened and is there any solution to fix this annoying problem.
