Sending an email to a third party email service like gmail takes a lot of time, i don't see any error on direct admin panel, i need some help please.

SPF, DKIM, DMARC - configured? IP/domain not blacklisted?
Server load ok? if you don't have IPv6 - you can disable it in exim conf.

Yes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured, There's no ip/domain blacklisted, the server load is above 10, i don´t have ipv6 i haven´t disabled it.

I don't see the problem using htop, 1.65 out of 7GB and cpu it's under 35% usage php-fpm has the highest cpu usage.

but there LA not 10, just 0,7 - so all must work fast!
how long email sends? maybe you have slow dns-resolvers? if your hosting provider has own - try to use them. or maybe your spam checker test outgoing emails too hard?

That's what i notice, everything should be blazing fast, I'm checking the dns entries and we have some issues there i'm working on it, thanks for the answers.

You could use mail-tester.com just to test if your rdns SPF, DKIM, DMARC are working correctly. I have always found it handy.
