Emails that do not come in the spam box

We have started to get a lot of mails from customers that complaining over emails that not are coming to their spam boxes. I have to try to check some logs and look on the settings and from what I can see all seem to be okay... Can anyone please help me with what I can more do?

Is spamd updating daily? It’s not clear if you want more or less spam, with a threshold of 2 (5 is default) you should not be getting spam.

There are spamassassin utilities like razor etc that might help. I’ve always found configuring spamassassin a requirement of any server sending or receiving email.
