Exim and 451 Temporary local problem

Hi , unfortunately I receive this error on SquirrelMail web mail.

Message not sent. Server replied:
Requested action aborted: error in processing
451 Temporary local problem - please try later

I check threat about clamv issue , there is no clamav on my server , also my resolver in are google dns .

I cheked exim log's and find out these errors .

2015-06-11 10:11:32 H=localhost (xxx.xxx) [::1] F=<in2@xxxx> A=login:[email protected] temporarily rejected RCPT <xxxxom>: failed to expand ACL string "${perl{auth_hit_limit_acl}}": Undefined subroutine &main::auth_hit_limit_acl called.
2015-06-11 10:11:32 H=localhost (xx.xxx) [::1] incomplete transaction (connection lost) from <[email protected]>
2015-06-11 10:11:32 unexpected disconnection while reading SMTP command from localhost (xx.xx) [::1]

could you investigate my problem ?

What exim.conf version are you using? Check it in first lines of /etc/exim.conf file

Hello,

I guess exim.conf and exim.pl versions you use are incompatible. Please provide versions of exim.conf as requested by Andrea and exim.pl.

I think this is a problem with named because recently I reinstalled it .

has nothing to do with DNS, it is PERL related. So what is your exim.pl version (you can find it in /etc/exim.pl)?[/COLOR]
