Exim incomplete transaction connection lost and QUIT

I see for some time many connection lost errors in my exim mainlog. I have found some solutions like exim update, SpamAssassin restart via Google but they all have no affect. How can I debug this problem?
 
Hello,

Does it affect anyhow you or your users? I'd rather say that's a connectivity issue, and if the things on your side are fine, then it might be somewhere on users' side or between you and you users. Try simply run traceroute and ping and see.

To get exim logging more details, you should set the log_selector option to all and restart exim.
