exim : limit emails sent by type of address

Hi

How to limit emails sent to the same provider ?
for example:
- xxx emails to orange.fr
- yyy emails to gmail.com
- zzz emails to yahoo.com

Or at least, on limit for all providers ?

I don't want to block emails, just to send them later, if limit is reached.
Emails just wait in queue, waiting to be sent.

I'm sure this option exists, but it's difficult to find an answer on ggl, all posts try to limit senders...
