I'm a little confused on how to solve this properly. I have the following setup;
- CentOS 7
- CSF firewall
- no iptables installed and firewalld disabled
I am trying to get Fail2ban (for WP, ownCloud) to work. It is recommended by CSF to disable firewalld (i believe it is disabled with the install of CSF) because CSF doesn't use firewalld. But now ofcourse Fail2ban isn't working because firewalld isn't running.
Can CSF and Firewalld run side by side and open the ports that i changed and opened in CSF (DA, SSH) also in firewalld? What's the best thing to do here?
