(going from CP to DA or Pslk)

Our decision, after looking at demos/test installs of VestaCP, ISPconfig, InterWorx, Plesk, cPanel, VirtualMin, CentOSwebPanel/CWP, and DA, is a clear DirectAdmin win. In the end, there were just two - Plesk (rigid and unergonomic) and DA - and DA has with the evolution skin the better interface for the customer, and technically the whole software/options as well as the team feels striving and dynamic, so there is a future with hope!

Is there relevant research/surveys that show how important certain features of shared hosting are, e.g. UI, backup, webbuilder, etc?
And, does DA plan to go into load balancing and auto scaling, or is this more for the underlying infrastructure?
