File Manager Keep reloading

I created a new domain abcd.com on my server under a reseller account . When tried to access file manager , it never opens , just keep reloading at https://abcd.com:2222/CMD_FILE_MANAGER?path=/

I noticed, this issue is coming with this reseller, with new accounts only . file manager of previously created domains are working fine .

Please advise .
