file upload problem

hi

first sorry my english very bad

i have a upload problem with ftp client, http upload and others
when i want to upload file more then 50k with ftp or http it fails or connection problem. (with hosting user accounts)

but root user can upload files more than 1gb and no problem.

i try 4-5 user account all is same...

i can upload 10k 20k or 30k with hosting accounts but not more i try 1mb file and gives me connection failed again and again.

i say again this problem only effect user acc. i can upload root acc with no problem
