filemanager not uploaded

hi
in Directadmin when i upload a file in filemanager file successfully uploaded but when i click go back i dont see that file and no file in filemanger
see 1 , 2 attachments
permission and owner is correct !! and qoute is unlimited .

how i can solve this problem ?

Check the logs of DirectAdmin for more information, so far we can see everything is okay.

where is the directadmin log file?
how i can see it ?
when i upload any file from file manager and then see this error /var/log/directadmin/error.log

i see this line added to log file:
2010:09:20-04:50:18: Unable to get a fd on /home/tmp/upload.pngjzGfdz. Unknown error 2

i creat tmp folder and change 777 permission for this folder and my problem has been solved

Then the real question is why the tmp directory was deleted.
