Let's Encrypt support was already added into Directadmin.

StartSSL was suggested here https://forum.directadmin.com/showthread.php?t=53368

Let's encrypt is really free.
StartSSL is only free for max 10 domains if I'm correct.

Yes and both have limit.

Start SSL for 10 domain name so you can host 10 sites with 1 ip and free ssl and you can't do that with Let's Encrypt

StartSSL is no more trusted

Beginning with Chrome 56, certificates issued by WoSign and StartCom after October 21, 2016 00:00:00 UTC will not be trusted.
