FTP Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".

Hi,

When trying to connect to FTP account getting this error,
Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error: Could not connect to server
How can I fix this issue? I have CloudLinux and Immunify360 installed in this server. CSF is and other firewalls are disabled.

Might be some immunify block. I presume you have port 20,21 and the passive portrange open incoming and outgoing in CSF.

Filezilla also sometimes acts odd. Try to specify port 21 specifically in that port box.

Try if telnet works to port 21 on your server, to see if it opens.
Never mind already tested. Seems your port 21 is not open or something is blocking it.
