Since today half of the account can´t access the server anymore using by ftp.customerdomain.com or IP of the account. They just have ftp access if they use server1.serverdomain.com. First I was thinking about a dns issue, but in that case they should have access by their IP.
Other accounts who are using the same IP can access the server normal using ftp.customerdomain.com or IP.
Does somebody know what this can be and how to resolve? I already disabled Kiss and restarted Proftpd but it doesn´t resolve the problem
