What I see that you try to rename file? But what does it have to do with DNS? You posted your thread in DNS sub-forum.
Do you have root access to the server? Or you buy hosting from a company? If you buy a hosting account then all user-related issues should be solved by a support team of your hosting company. If you have a root access and you own/rent a server with Directadmin then we need more details from you (error logs of Directadmin /var/log/directadmin/) and error text in english.
