i have no access to my email account that is linked to my directadmin client account ...

i have two licenses for DirectAdmin control panel, but have no access to anything ... i have emailed support several times and get no response so i guess i am out of luck getting access back

1.) What kind of licenses do you have
2.) How are you trying to login to DA control panel
3.) No acccess to email account? How, via email client or webmail and what is the error notice?

Need to access my client account to change the server ip

My email on my client ID is an old Gmail address I can't access anymore

Oooh the Directadmin client account. Try emailing [email protected] they might be of help to you.
