Hey,
is there a way to set a general alias so that a mail sent to [email protected] (where DOMAIN.COM is a user's domain hosted on the DA server), will be forwarded to one of our real support mails?

Yes there is. In that case you could disable the hostmaster alias in the /etc/aliases file (don't forget to restart or reload Exim after that) and then every user can create a [email protected] email address or alias for themselves.
There might be better solutions but I don't know of any at the moment.
