Yes, we can't download from inet, but I have a problem with WSUS (everything including group policy seems to appear but didn't work). I've changed ports from 80,8530,29941.. etc. The last one showed up in netstat -n command as ESTABLISHED connection to wsusserv and I changed and there was nothing of transfering to WSUS.
One admin advised me to use tcpdump to see packets somehow, and I could do nothing with netstat or update log.
