How to upgrdae from Bind 9.2.0 to 9.4.0?

Folks

I MUST upgrade one of the DNS servers from 9.2.0 to 9.4.0. Im not using the defaults for the configuration file directories. Operating System is Redhat 9, kernel version 2.2.18.

Does anyone have instructions (step-by-step) to successfully complete the upgrade?

I would try getting the rpm for FC7 and see if that will install.
