i can't download my files from host

I want to download my file that i uploaded in publichtml/myfolder/01.jpg
so, now when i want to download image with android app or windows program image do not downloaded!

if i upload in wrong path plz tell me!:D
 
Hello,

Yes, you should upload files to public_html of your site. And URL in your browser should omit public_html when requesting a file, i.e. a file uploaded into public_html/myfolder/01.jpg should be accessed from domain.com/myfolder/01.jpg

If it does not happen make sure that your domain is delegated properly and points to the correct IP.
