I forgot my DirectAdmin client account info...I can't login to order more stuff! How can I get this info back?

Send us an email to [email protected] with proof of your identity: use the same email@address, possibly send the ips of your server, etc.. things that would let us know who you are. Then provide the new password you wish to have. Your client ID can be found in the "licensing updates" section of your admin panel (include that too).
