I have sent numerous emails requesting an IP Change and for a week have been ignored. WHEN WILL IT HAPPEN?
 
Are you talking about changing the IP on your license? Can't you log in to your panel and just change it yourself?

I understand being frustrated. I have never had trouble getting ahold of DA staff. Maybe your emails are being blocked. Try http://www.directadmin.com/support.html
 
They sorely need a self serve solution for this if they are going to make us wait hours and hours and hours.

Even an email acknowledging the request was received would be somewhat more considerate than how it's currently processed. I've sent an email AND used the safe submit. Granted, it hasn't been a day yet, but I shouldn't even consider using that unit of measure in a system that caters.
