I would like to know if DA is available for Raspberry Pi 4 devices and if yes, is there a tutorial?

If the answer is no, why it's not possible?
 
Don't think so, even though a rpi4 is realy powerfull these days for a small webserver, the DA binaries are not compiled for armhf or arm64
